Founded by Jonathan Ben-Tovim in 2011, BT-D (Ben-Tovim Design) began as an industrial design consultancy that evolved into an innovative studio offering a refined range of handcrafted lighting and furniture.

A Global Design Journey Rooted in Australia
Jonathan’s design path is as diverse as the creations he brings to life. Born in Zimbabwe, raised in Adelaide, and trained in industrial design, he honed his craft at the prestigious Design Academy Eindhoven in the Netherlands. After working as a designer in London, Jonathan finally established his studio in Melbourne, where BT-D thrives today.
