We support both private homeowners and trade professionals in creating thoughtful, design-led spaces. From selecting the perfect pendant to developing full lighting schemes for commercial projects, you’ll be part of a team that delivers expert guidance and a seamless client experience.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of connection between our brand and our clients, translating enquiries into inspired conversations through informed, thoughtful guidance rooted in quality and design integrity. You will cultivate a carefully selected network of trade partners - interior designers, architects, and industry specialists- offering tailored solutions that foster meaningful relationships and enduring collaborations, As much as dealing with private Clients. You will also play an integral role in the day-to-day showroom experience, ensuring the space consistently reflects our brand values and standing within the design community, while upholding outstanding standards of service and presentation.
Your strong understanding of lighting and interiors will enable you to interpret client briefs effectively, offering design-led guidance that supports and elevates each client’s vision.
- Managing enquiries via email, phone and in person, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our customer-first approach. Sharing product knowledge, availability and recommendations to convert enquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with the general public and trade clients, managing their journey from enquiry to post-sale while ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Service showroom clients by creating personalised selections and plans for client projects, utilising both decorative and technical lighting.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through personalised strategies, strong follow-up and consistent client engagement across channels.
- Support team training efforts to enhance customer experience and overall sales performance.
- All other tasks as required.
- 2+ years experience in a sales, showroom or account management role, ideally within interiors or lighting.
- Proven ability to convert enquiries and consultations into sales and foster long-term client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using Shopify, HubSpot (or other CRM), POS and ERP systems.
- Enthusiastic team player with a passion for interiors, lighting and design, inspired by creating beautiful spaces while considering project and customer requirements.
