In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotional Terms & Conditions and the General Terms & Conditions, the General Terms & Conditions will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, unless otherwise expressly stated.
Nothing in these Promotional Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable legislation. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Promotion
Nook Collections offers $100 off on orders over $1,500 for first-time customers who sign up for our newsletter. A unique discount code will be sent via email and must be applied at checkout.
Promotion Period
This promotion commences on 17 June 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 June 2027. Nook Collections reserves the right to end this promotion at any time without notice. Unique codes must be redeemed within 30 days of issuance. Codes issued after 1 June 2027 will expire on 30 June 2027.
Eligibility
This promotion is available to retail customers in Australia only. Commercial and trade account holders are not eligible for this promotion, regardless of the platform or channel through which an order is placed. Nook Collections reserves the right to cancel and refund any order placed by a trade account holder at the promotional price.
For the purpose of this promotion, a first-time customer is defined as a person who has not previously placed an order with Nook Collections under any email address, account, or identity. Nook Collections reserves the right to cancel orders where it reasonably believes this condition has not been met.
Discount Application
Promotional discounts are applied at checkout when the applicable coupon code is entered prior to order confirmation. No discount will be applied after an order has been placed and confirmed. Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, or store credit. No further discounts - including trade pricing, loyalty discounts, or negotiated pricing - can be applied to sale prices.
The minimum order value of $1,500 AUD is calculated on the product subtotal, excluding freight, shipping, delivery and any other charges. Only one discount code may be used per transaction. Each unique code is non-transferrable and valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Exclusions
The following are excluded from this promotion:
- Freight, shipping, and delivery charges
- Commercial and trade orders
- Orders placed or invoiced prior to the commencement of this promotion
- Gift cards and sale items (including ex-display and excess stock)
Pricing Errors
In the event of a genuine pricing error or system error, Nook Collections reserves the right to cancel the relevant order and issue a full refund. Customers will be notified promptly in such circumstances.
Returns Policy
Sale items are subject to Nook Collections' standard returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
General
This promotion is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice. Nook Collections' decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final, subject to applicable laws including the Australian Consumer Law. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
