NOOK AFTER DARK - Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply specifically to the Nook After Dark - Black Friday 2026 promotion and should be read in conjunction with Nook Collections' General Terms & Conditions, which continue to apply in full.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions do not replace, limit, or supersede the General Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the General Terms & Conditions will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Nothing in these Promotional Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable legislation. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Promotion Period

The Nook After Dark - Black Friday 2026 promotion commences on 9 November 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 13 December 2026, unless otherwise stated or extended by Nook Collections.

The promotion includes Black Friday (27 November 2026) and Cyber Monday (30 November 2026).

Nook Collections reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or withdraw the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is available to retail customers in Australia only.

Commercial and trade account holders are not eligible for promotional pricing, regardless of the platform or channel through which an order is placed.

Nook Collections reserves the right to cancel and refund orders placed by trade account holders using promotional discounts.

3. Eligible Products

The promotion applies exclusively to selected products featured in the Nook After Dark Collection on the Nook Collections website.

Discounts apply to the recommended retail price (RRP) of selected products only.
Only the specific product SKUs, finishes, sizes and variants included in the promotional collection are eligible.
Products, brands and variants not explicitly included in the promotion are excluded.
Promotional discounts may vary between selected products and brands.

Nook Collections reserves the right to update the selection of eligible products during the promotion.

4. Discount Application

Promotional pricing will be applied to eligible products as advertised on the website or through a designated promotional discount code.

Where a promotional code is required, it must be entered at checkout before completing the purchase.

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to confirmed orders.
Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, trade pricing, loyalty benefits or negotiated pricing.
Only one promotional discount may be applied per eligible order.
Promotional discounts apply to eligible products only and exclude shipping and delivery charges.

5. Payment Terms - Full Payment Required

All orders placed under the Nook After Dark - Black Friday 2026 promotion must be paid in full at the time of purchase to qualify for promotional pricing.

Full payment must be received and successfully processed during the promotional period.
Deposits, partial payments, payment plans and requests to hold products without full payment are not eligible.
Orders cannot be reserved or secured at promotional prices without full payment.
Quotes, draft orders and unpaid invoices do not guarantee promotional pricing.
Orders placed before or after the promotion period are not eligible for retrospective promotional discounts.

Nook Collections reserves the right to decline promotional pricing for orders that do not meet these payment requirements, subject to applicable laws.

6. Stock Availability

The promotion is subject to product availability.

Promotional pricing applies to eligible products while stocks last.
Stock availability may vary between products, finishes and variants.
No holds or reservations will be accepted without full payment.
Products that become unavailable during the promotional period may be removed from the promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, backorders and preorders are excluded from promotional pricing.

7. Exclusions

The following are excluded from this promotion:

Freight, shipping and delivery charges
Commercial and trade orders
Orders placed or invoiced before the promotion period
Products and brands not included in the Nook After Dark Collection
Product variants not explicitly included in the promotion
Custom or special-order products unless specifically advertised as eligible
Any other products expressly identified as excluded from the promotion

8. Pricing Errors

In the event of a genuine pricing or technical error, Nook Collections reserves the right to address the error in accordance with applicable laws, including notifying affected customers and offering a full refund where appropriate.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Products purchased during the Nook After Dark promotion are subject to Nook Collections' standard Returns Policy.

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions outlined in that policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products.

10. General Conditions

Nook Collections reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw this promotion, subject to applicable laws.

Any changes will be communicated through the Nook Collections website.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
