Description:

The Borne Béton Petite Outdoor Table Lamp, designed by Le Corbusier in 1952, is a handcrafted concrete table lamp suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Originally conceived for the Unité d’Habitation in Marseille and the Bhakra and Sukhna Dams in India, this lamp is an early experiment in Brutalist architecture. Each lamp features unique aesthetic and finishing variations, emphasising its handcrafted nature. The raw, spartan concrete is complemented by a built-in LED source, highlighting the different volumes with light. An indoor version is also available. Rated IP44 for outdoor use.
