Located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, the Cowper Residence by Studio Noakes reimagines a Victorian home for modern family life. Featured in House & Garden (March 2026 and May 2026), the project brings clarity and cohesion to what was once a fragmented kitchen, pantry and laundry.
The redesigned kitchen now sits as a unified, highly functional space - defined by seamless storage, refined circulation and a strong sense of visual calm.
As Genine Noakes explains: “Maintaining a sense of visual calm was important. As passionate art collectors, the owners wanted to minimise visual clutter, ensuring the kitchen responded well to the living zones where art collections are on display.”
