Designed for a young and growing family, Fairview Residence is a refined expression of layered warmth, sophisticated textures, and quiet luxury - a home crafted to feel like a private resort every day.

A warm, grounded palette of soft neutrals, creamy Taj Mahal stone, and natural oak defines the interiors, creating spaces that feel both elevated and effortlessly liveable. The sculptural stone island anchors the kitchen as a central point for gathering and entertaining, while the fireplace grounds the living area as a place for rest and retreat.

Fairview Residence is a study in balance - between softness and structure, function and feeling, design and liveability. Here, lighting is enhancing materiality, shaping mood, and bringing a quiet sense of luxury to everyday life.

At the centre of Fairview Residence, the Formation Linear Pendant Light introduces a refined, architectural presence. Suspended above the island, its elongated form mirrors the geometry of the space, creating a sense of alignment and visual clarity.
